      Pros

      At Real Projectives I have been able to work on many different types of projects in every part of the real estate life cycle. My coworkers are always willing to help out and share their past experiences and knowledge. I get to travel regularly for work which as allowed me to visit places I would have never thought to visit.

      Cons

      Travel takes a lot out of you after a while and there is room to improve in PTO days / company holidays.

      All employees are great at what they do. Management continually wants their employees and clients to succeed.

      Cons

      I've had no regrets while being a part of Real Projectives.
