Pros
It has been great working for PMBS because work pretty much stays at work. The office is open from 8:30-5pm and there is rarely an expectation to be here early or stay late. The management really cares about the employees and they interact daily with as many of the employees as possible. The company is continually growing, so work opportunities are great!
Cons
Some people may find that the small size of the company doesn't fit their culture values but since the company is growing continually, I don't think the small size will be a con for much longer.
