Very clear communication when pay would be early or timesheets needed to be submitted early for holidays. - No extra work or unnecessary meetings. I've had agencies want full breakdowns of my role, or have biweekly calls wanting updates on the project, or asking for weekly status reports. RSI just let me do my job. - Able to take days off without any gaslighting or shade about hurting the client. - Very fair rates. I got a great deal on compensation for the contract.

- Onboarding tools are a bit dated. Legitimately was curious if there was some deep scam until I got my laptop from the client because I wasn't sure any company still operated on filling out a PDF for documents.
