      Low pay but good at initial learning stage. Regular increment not provided. Hard to reach 30k - 40k/month even if worked 3-4 years.

      Nothing much to like! Bcoz all good things are useless in comparison to your mental health if bullying/harassment/threats going on!

      Cons

      Toxic company. Constant bullying/harassment/threats going on here by managers/management. All blame is on editors, never on managers! Never join here as an editor is my sincere advice! Thats why they hire young freshers! Everyone is told that they will be fired, esp. if u r a good performer, bcoz that is their game!
