Realtime has been a good place to work. The company gives people the opportunity to take ownership of their roles and make a real impact. Leadership is always accessible, and there is a strong focus on solving problems and improving processes. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of trust given to leaders and teams to do their jobs. If you take initiative and focus on results, your work is recognized. There are a lot of talented people across the organization who care about the work and about supporting customers.

Like any growing organization, processes and priorities can evolve quickly, which can sometimes create a need to adjust or realign. That said, most of the changes come from a genuine effort to improve the business and the customer experience.
