Pros

Remote Work/life balance Very easy work, no challenges.

Cons

Yearly layoffs Heavy Internal Politics Cold uncaring Mid Level and Senior Leadership Very top heavy, full of "Leaders" jockeying for importance Does not promote from within Dead end. Outsources heavily. Spends a lot but not on employees Low pay, slow to increase. No metrics or KPI's, review process is ambiguous, subjective, and not taken serious. Doesn't offer minimum cost of living increase Went from very transparent to Opaque in past 5 years. The work offers no challenges. Slow to adopt new things Adverse to AI tools.

Pros

Great Team environment, Great Company Culture, The manager really cares for their workers, very easy to connect with other cross team, very flexible work hours being remote and all.

Cons

I would probably say of work but that depends if you like to stay busy.

Pros

Realtime has been a good place to work. The company gives people the opportunity to take ownership of their roles and make a real impact. Leadership is always accessible, and there is a strong focus on solving problems and improving processes. One of the things I appreciate most is the level of trust given to leaders and teams to do their jobs. If you take initiative and focus on results, your work is recognized. There are a lot of talented people across the organization who care about the work and about supporting customers.

Cons

Like any growing organization, processes and priorities can evolve quickly, which can sometimes create a need to adjust or realign. That said, most of the changes come from a genuine effort to improve the business and the customer experience.
