1.I have had the unfortunate experience of working at this company, and I must say that it was an absolutely dreadful time in my professional career. 2. The most glaring issue at this company is the complete lack of professionalism exhibited by the CEO and managers towards their employees. It's appalling to witness how they openly use inappropriate language and treat their staff with disdain. 3. One of the most frustrating aspects of this organization is the blatantly biased promotion system. Only a select few employees seem to be favored by the higher-ups, while the rest of us are left to languish in our current positions. This not only demoralizes the workforce but also creates a toxic atmosphere of favoritism. 4. Another issue that adds to the chaos is the presence of non-technical project managers. These individuals often lack the necessary knowledge and expertise to effectively manage technical projects, leading to confusion, delays, and ultimately project failures. It's a disheartening sight to witness such mismanagement at every level. 5. Last but not least, the complete lack of planning and strategy from the CEO is baffling. The company's direction seems to shift on a whim, making it impossible to have any confidence in the future. This lack of foresight and direction has a ripple effect throughout the organization, leaving employees feeling lost and uncertain about their roles and the company's prospects. In summary, this company's leadership, including the CEO and managers, is in dire need of a complete overhaul. The toxic work environment, biased promotions, non-technical management, and lack of a clear company direction all contribute to making this one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise anyone considering employment here to think twice and explore other opportunities.
