      Training, Training, Training. Support staff is second to none and so valuable as a Real Estate Agent.

      Pros

      Best real estate company I have worked under in my career as a real estate agent. Company is beneficial to experienced agents.

      Cons

      No cons about the company. Cons about being an real estate agent is you are an independent contractor, no benefits, no company 401k etc. your pay is commission based only.
