Pros
I worked at Rebel for almost two years, and truly was sad to leave; I absolutely loved the work and the individual opportunities for growth that were presented to me directly from SLT/ELT and the CEO Bryn. With the fast-paced world of digital marketing and everything that comes with it, whether you have a specialty or you're looking to explore a new area, you will find it at Rebel. The talent that is under it's roof is incredible and if you think you know it, you will learn 100x more than you thought you knew. If you're a "nerd" when it comes to marketing, you will find almost everyone at Rebel will enjoy the wealth of information you could provide. Hybrid Agency - they do require you to come into the office three days a week and you're allowed to work remotely for two. I lived about an hour and a half away and appreciated the flexibility in this schedule; being in office also allowed for commardee with fellow employees. Rebel is always looking towards innovation and providing amazing tools needed to create incredible work. In my time they implemented 5 new tools in order to help all individuals across the company increase the quality of research and provide further data driven information to increase the strength of data around certain digital campaigns. Rebel provided professional development through Coursera, where I was able to earn certificates through Google to advance my skillset. Cons
Some may be overwhelemed by the work load, however if you're a "type-a" type of person, love what you do, and like to be busy then you will fit right in.
