Great mission, poor leadership - Anonymous employee Rebuilding Exchange Employee Review

-Low pay -leadership is made up of managers, not leaders. Personally saw Julian, the social enterprise director, verbally attacking staff on the floor while the store was open. Spends most of his time parroting the executive and the rest of the time passing off his duties to other staff - no efforts towards racial equity and a white heavy structure at top. Any POC in management WILL be reminded by directors of their token status - yelling matches in offices help contribute to one of the most toxic environments I've ever seen in an organization of this size
