- Diferenças de tratamento e cultura com argentinos, todas as áreas possuem chefes argentinos - Existem algumas pessoas que trabalham na empresa há muito tempo e não fazem questão de ajudar, e a pergunta é: como ainda estão lá? - Dificuldade em lidar com certas áreas para discussões de alinhamento interno - Mudança rápida das tarefas mais importantes a serem feitas e muitas vezes a comunicação das mudanças é o principal problema - Para uma empresa com regulamento Bacen o benefício não é igual de uma instituição bancária
