Pros
Fast paced, move as quick as you want if you are willing to put in the work. Can have work life balance but it will work against you for promotions. High level exposure if you want it. If you are mobile, you will move fast
Cons
Grad program is used to get young talent in the door but they are promoted faster than people not in the program. Can be tough sometimes, expectations are high but reward is high
