I worked for 2 years as an Analytical Assistant in the Mucinex Analytical team and absolutely loved my time there. Management and senior analysts were always on hand to support the team and helped to foster an inclusive and professional work environment. I found the role to be really helpful for my professional development, with frequent 1:1s to help focus on and address development needs and as I progressed, being given more responsibility and ownership of projects was really helpful! I also found the team to be so much fun to work with, everyone works hard and is respectful of each other.
The work can be intense during busy periods, but there is a nice balance over the year and hard work is absolutely recognised. The new R&D site in Hull is a fantastic place to work. The canteen offers a range of affordable meals throughout the week and the cafe has subsidised coffees with great service. All in all I loved my time at Reckitt, a great company with an global feel and would recommend to anyone.
