Pros
Everybody in the company is pulling in the same direction and there is no blame culture whatsoever. The management are supportive and open to approach. They will employ good sales people with no specific industry experience and give the right levels of training. There is almost no micro-management and very little time spent writing reports for middle management. The product is great and there are always plans to move it forward. If you are genuniely self resourceful you will be rewarded... unlike other companies that say they want people to show initiative and then punish them for it.
Cons
The salaries are lower than industry average for a BDM and the OTE in the first few years is lower than advertised (this is not uncommon for sales roles across all industries though). Occasionally the 'work hard, play hard' aspect of the company goes a bit far into the 'play hard' end. I would advise somebody from a corporate back ground, with specified training periods, HR functions etc that this company will be a big culture shock for you.
