Pros
Mission and vision dedicated to sustainability. Actually cares about employees (management feedback welcomed, career development resources, 401k employer match, good medical benefits, all employees are stock owners, some positions are unionized, etc). Day-to-day experience could depend on your department and manager, but in my department (sustainability), there is creative freedom and control over workflow. Hybrid-remote flexibility as of fall 2022 depending on position.
Cons
Corporate, so a lot of things need to get approved and could take time. Deal with a lot of angry customers. Can get busy/feel overworked especially when understaffed.
