Furthermore, we have a fantastic commission scheme that you will find hard to beat in the current market. The existing management of the company has driven the company to unprecedented growth and has done a great job since taking over. Under the leadership of our existing MD, profitability has never been higher and is still trending upwards. We are a sales company and there are bound to be people who are not equipped to handle the stress and rigours of this line. The fact that people who had left us care to spend time to make baseless accusations about us is testimony of the great job and benefits that they have felt so bitter to lose out on. Not suitable for individuals who want to take it easy, sleep on the job etc. Recruitplus is for self-driven people, so if you want to take it easy and go for 3 hour lunch breaks, this is not the job for you.
