Pros
One of the best aspects of working at RecruitiFi is that you're surrounded by extremely driven people who believe in the company and its mission. The atmosphere is not stuffy in the slightest, and the employees are a great group to hang out with when happy hour rolls around. At the same time, there are no clock-watchers in the office. Everyone comes into work ready to produce results because they care about the company and their coworkers. Additionally, upper management values everyone's opinions, and even the most recently-hired or junior employees can feel free to share their thoughts during meetings. Lastly, the company has been growing at an astonishingly fast rate, and it's been very fun to see it make waves in the HR industry. The outlook for the foreseeable future is definitely positive.
Cons
RecruitiFi is a start-up, and there are ups and downs that accompany all start-ups. To be honest though, that sort of culture just means everyone is working doubly as hard to ensure success.
