Lots of Culture Not a Lot of Benefit - Recruitment Consultant Recruitment Partners Employee Review

RPI has managed to preserve a pretty cohesive culture despite a lot of growth. The staff are genuinely close friends with one another, which makes going into work a lot of fun, and days at home less so. The firm is supportive of its people and, due to its size, is able to provide recruiters with pretty diverse experiences and opportunities to demonstrate growth.

Wasn’t a con for me, but it is a more in-person company (which I know isn’t ideal for everyone).

Easy going management style that collaboration.

Lack of training for new individuals and some management difficult to deal with.
