      Pros

      Really supportive culture and smart, hard-working team with no ego's. Remote-friendly environment and really cool brands on the platform that we get to support. Somewhere you can spearhead a project and get support on it.

      Cons

      Need to bring in more senior-management, C-level's with experience scaling larger + successful SaaS teams on the sales + marketing + product sides.

      Awesome co-workers and managers. Fun and fast-paced office. Free catered lunch. Solid product and really interesting customers. Extremely compelling comp plan and reasonable quotas.

      Cons

      Not enough inbound leads. Need to improve training and enablement. A lot of change.

      salaries are over 200k year lots of benefits had over 6 months of parental leave
