Pros
Still have some great people (although they are likely to leave in the future). Generally interesting and challenging work, with plenty of customers and strong sales.
Cons
No longer provide flexible working arrangements. People are asked to leave if they disagree with management. Lack of trust from the top down creating an unpleasant place to work. Unlikely to retain their top talent and unlikely to attract suitable replacements.
