So many things are wrong, all stemming from the owner and CEO in my opinion. This is a classic example of bad management killing a once good company.
I've not met the current CEO but given who employed him and where he came from, his approach and attitude I'm glad I don't work there any longer.
If you want to work here you need to be prepared to travel when we can travel again. Also get used to running the same course, over and over again, my record was six weeks in a row for one set of courses. I wouldn't recommend you do any services work, they're very disorganised and projects are never well defined which never ends well.
As a permie, I'd not work there for any less than AUD160,000 per year, as a contractor, I'd not work for less than $1,000 per day. Also, don't sign a contract that has a non-compete clause, if you do you're crazy unless they pay you for the period they expect you to abide by.
