No close IT support, but the IT in India and Australia are vary responsive
Red Education is all about supporting their instructors to be able to put their best efforts into producing excellence in the classrooms. The lab folks are expert at what they do, which again helps us to be excellent instructors.

I live in the US so connecting is sometimes hard with my awake hours vs. their work hours.
