With Growth, there are growing pains. Training needs to be tightened up all across the board. Also- Company needs to provide Paid sick leave(Separate from Vacation time). With a company this size, You want your employees to be able to get healthy, and not worry about losing pay. This year, one person got sick, and the entire office ended up sick because no one can afford to lose pay and have not yet accrued enough vacation time/ or is forced to really "choose" between going on vacation with their family, or being sick.
