      If you're a moderately hard worker with an honest care for others then you will love the environment you offer - good pay for the job - many opportunities to caddy - good management

      Cons

      Its getting busier each year. Which means more money but likely fewer opportunities to play golf after work.

      The club members I serve are generous and kind. The tips are built in and they give additional bonuses at holidays
