Pros

I’ve worked alongside redline marketing on a few occasions and every time has been an incredible experience. Fun, honest and enjoyable. A really great environment to be apart of and a great ladder of progression to climb. I’m not saying sales is always the easiest but it is the most rewarding job to have and having a great place to work just makes it easier. Everyone is working towards the same goal so everyone is in the same boat.

Cons

I would 1000% recommend this place of work.

Pros

The personal growth i recieve from this company is incredible. I would of never seen myself in this position a year ago. The time spent on road trips, managing my team, running impacts and hands on learning the ins and outs of business is skills i never would of learnt in school. I may not go all the way, but this has been the best career building opportunity I could of hoped for. The company as a whole offers support and training to aid you in whatever direction you wish to carry yourself in. The network and community each office individually, and as a whole, offers you is uncompareable. If you want to skill up; grow up; man up and join!--

Cons

Learning to Grow up- aka being forced to adult- through long rewarding hours of work, being responsible for yourself and other people- living/traveling away from 'home' and family (pro for those gypsy souls like myself) Being put on the spot and dealing with unexpected situations honestly; like any company there is always going to be pros and cons, with this one- you need to look at every situation and put yourself in control of whats 'negative" 99% of the time its your attitude and not the company.. follow the systems in place and you will be happy, dont- and youll find reasons to complain or blame someone else!!
