You are set up to fail. I would highly recommend looking for another job, even if you take this one. Don't believe the hype, because as soon as you are on the phones you are treated badly. Yeah they give out gifts to top performers, but they will chew you up and spit you out if you make a simple mistake. The pay is not worth the stress you go through with this place. I was a great salesperson there too, the atmosphere is not at all positive, don't let the website, PMs, or the advertisements fool you. It's horrible having to send an instant message to pee.
