Pros

The training is comprehensive, and the trainers are very professional.

Cons

Going to work at Red Ventures in Miami is like walking through a bad neighborhood everyday. It is dirty, people are dressed poorly, it is unnecessarily loud, and overall the most unprofessional work environment I have ever been in. The turnover rate is staggering; no one stays in this place more than a couple of months including the team leads and supervisors. I worked there for 4 months...I have a college degree, years of experience in sales and management, and I would never tell anyone I worked for this company. I have worked in call center environments before, and this is by far the worst one most people in Florida have ever seen. I had 4 supervisors in 4 months, and it is virtually impossible to make the kind of money they advertise you can make.

Pros

Strong ownership, opportunity to manage people early, great people, nice campus. You will work on interesting problems and external companies. Great training if the space interests you.

Cons

Business future is uncertain, up or out management principles. New senior leaders somewhat disconnected from the day-to-day. Commute from Charlotte is horrible.
