Pros
atmosphere is lively and you co workers are easy to get along with and the performance managers have all graduated from the top schools in the nation
Cons
as a sales agent they force you to work from 8-5 monday - friday if you ask to work weekends or put in overtime they wont' let you. the starting pay for a typical sales agent is about $80,000 per year which is not bad for a start but the performance mangers are never there and always getting time off and they make well over $150,000 per year, so i don't see why that is. the great part about the job is your never locked to a headset like some of the posts on here suggest. you can get up whenever you want and as many times as you like, especially after a rough call, workforce is only there to fill some empty seats because being a workforce manager is really a brainless job, all they do is monitor how many times per day you use the restoom if you go over 10 times in a day they lock the restroom so only people with a certain code can get in. the performance mangers when they are their mostly watch movies and television and look up occasionaly to see if your on the phone. I'm not a sales agent anymore because i found a job that i went to school for. but if your looking for a long time career red ventures is the place, sales will never be the same once you've worked here.
