Pay is significantly lower than other software companies in Charlotte for the same work Perks like the bowling alley/tennis/basketball courts go unused because everyone is overworked Mostly college hires and young adults so the turnover is high. Most people leave in under two years All timelines they make for engineers are arbitrary but are not treated like such. A lot of people work 9-7 to get all the work demanded done and there is no real work life balance. Good number of people do the "boomerang". Work there for a year or so then leave and come back for more pay.
