The work is never uninteresting, always customized design. When not under stress the culture is enjoyable.

There are are some errors in communication and there has been struggle with retaining employees. Under stress the culture can become difficult Of course COVID has impacted it greatly.

The shop staff have always been wonderful to work with, and in my time with the company I learned a great deal from my coworkers. Very strong collaboration and group problem solving from the folks on the floor.

The strong collaboration skills exhibited by the people building the final product are not shared by company ownership. Pay has been repeatedly late by up to a month+.
