• Received a pay increase; however, it was insignificant. After benefits adjustments, my take-home pay will actually be lower despite my hard work. Compensation could be improved. • Several individuals have untapped potential but are stuck in roles that don’t fully utilize their talents. • Rapid growth has led to internal process inefficiencies and growing pains.
