Pros
Very well organized company. They are very responsive to employee needs and tell you (good and bad) news as they find out about it. The employees and management are all very friendly and professional and will jump in to help without delay or much prompting.
Cons
No 401K plan. Overly dependent on Microsoft for contracts.
