Poor Management - Sales Redsquid Employee Review

Promises are undelivered. Refusal to pay full commission and penalises you when not in our control. Targets are very unrealistic to achieve and very complicated. They always reward the wrong people and do not appreciate peoples hard work and they micro manage their own managers and team leaders which entails the managers to micro manager their own teams. The vibe in the office is not great and can be quite tense at times.
