Pros
I have been here for just over 3 years and have always been giving a great road map to success for the entire journey. There is a lot of support from the management and even on tough days they are there to pick you up. I started here with no transportation experience and was able to quickly learn and get involved in the day to day operation and make a positive impact. They have a great culture and seem to care about the people a lot.
Cons
It can be very fast paced which can be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it, but I have learned a lot in regard to time management to not get overwhelmed.
