Pros
There are lots of opportunities to learn and mature as a salesperson. The training program is great and really prepares you for the floor. For the first couple of weeks you shadow all the different roles in the company. Getting to sit with customer sales and operations prepares you for working as a carrier rep. Everyone is actually friendly and encouraging. Coworkers are enthusiastic about helping you learn and make you better are your job. The potential to make a lot of money in a short amount of time is real. After only being with the company (and industry) for 7 months, I am already on commission. Managers and higher ups are awesome and extremely approachable. The company events and pizza lunches are just a bonus because it really is a great place to work.
Cons
The only problem for me is the commute. Living in the burbs and sitting in rush hour traffic after a long day is not fun.
