Pros
- Ambitious team with a strong mission to change the way people move around in cities. Honestly, it is just really cool and exciting to be building things that nobody has done before. Like pioneers! - Very impressed with the talent around me at Ree (more than 25 nationalities, diverse backgrounds). I've learned just so many things from many here. - They provide equity which makes you an owner of what you are building!
Cons
- Although the company is very well funded and has the backing of strong investors, it is quite young and the business model still needs to be proven. That makes a bit more ambiguous at times, yet in a way that is also an amazing learning curve and very exciting. - It is definitely not a 9-5 jiob. It is a lot of hard work especially since you're building something that hasn't been done before. But in my own experience, the company does give you quite some flexibility and ability to take holidays (without needing to be online). - Office location is well connected with U-bahn but quite south
