      You will become hardened by all the empty promises and will be really happy when you get another job.

      Cons

      Low pay, empty promises, poor leadership, toxic workplace, and soooo much more.

      Pros

      Great in house team, good benefits, and pay.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper management level down to the salesperson. Everyday there is a new rule, a new change nobody has heard of and when you need help learning something they couldn’t be bothered to take the time to help all they do is send you a 3-5 page SOP which is like a big F-off!
