Once you made it to associate level, you were half way in the club. - If you lack creativity, and want a stable job…you can thrive here by building a bond with leadership and demonstrating loyalty to upper management.

Cons

Perfect workplace for those who… - can pull long nights - can afford a living with low-income range salary - has a backbone and won’t get tired fighting micromanagement and gaslighting on a day-to-day base - to pursuit personal ego at the cost of team collaboration
