This place is rough on employee and customers. I worked there for 2 years and experienced disparity amongst my co-workers by the managers. Good backend deals would be given to favourite employees. They even ditch their own employee when selling cars. Used car department employees are all high. This place needs a proper manager. This place is dictated by lady bosses that have been there for 40+ experience. So they haven't seen the outside world. I went out for a week when my father passed away and was kicked out right after I came back reasoning was RTAW wasn't selling enough cars due to shortage of chips and they are laying off people. I contacted with one of my co worker and found out well I was the only one burden on their payroll and guess sending me out would elevate their business scale. I had a newborn and father passed away, was left at a very terrible circumstances without giving any prior notices or notices. I would have applied somewhere else but was left in the blue. Received unemployment after 6 months. Meanwhile when calling RTAW. HR said they have no control over that which I agree, but I expected a prior notice before firing. Honest opinion!
