Pros
The only pros are working with the people directly on my own team. Nothing else about this company is worth working here for.
Cons
No bonuses. If we get raises, they are 3% which don't even cover cost-of-living. HR is comprised on one (1) person, which means we don't get responses to most inquiries we have. They aren't even able provide us with an updated employee handbook. They switched PTO from unlimited to flex, track your utilization rate and will end up using it against you if you drop below a certain threshold. C-suite feels non-existent to us unless it's on a town hall where they give you the basic, boilerplate explanation of what they plan to do this year with the company. Don't expect any upward growth. Borderline unprofessional company.
