Pros

I've been with Reel Fathers Rights for over three years and each year I have grown in my role and also mindset. The expectations of my role are very clear and I feel challenged everyday (in a good way of course). I feel like I have a purpose.

Cons

Workload is demanding but I feel supported and know I have a solid team who will have my back.

Pros

The culture is warm, welcoming, and lighthearted, which makes it an enjoyable place to work every day. The environment is fast paced and highly competitive in a positive way, pushing people to improve their performance and stay motivated. One of the biggest strengths of the role is the amount of on the job training and professional development you receive. The communication, sales, and client management skills you learn are highly transferable to other industries and careers. Leadership encourages growth and recognizes hard work, while the team atmosphere keeps the job engaging and rewarding. Compensation is good, especially for employees who are motivated and willing to perform at a high level.

Cons

The role is heavily performance based, so there is very little room to “fly under the radar.” Expectations are clear, and results are consistently tracked, which can create pressure for some employees. The culture is also very self regulating, meaning team members are encouraged to hold each other accountable and provide direct feedback, not just leadership. While this can help maintain high standards, it may feel intense for people who are not comfortable with open accountability. The environment is loud, fast paced, and constantly moving, so employees who are not resilient or able to handle pressure well may find it challenging at times.
