Pros
Some bright, hard working staff, a good basic product, and a number of ambitious and clever people at a senior level. Great Pre Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and product teams/people, and sales people with bags of experience and passion and invaluable knowledge within their verticals
Cons
Its amazing that the actions of one person can unite a demoralised and under valued sales team - against said individual. The atmosphere is not great within the commerce team, and some good, experienced people have left.....Other good people stay for their love and passion of the product, and not for the micro management, and minutiae and basic backside covering (at the expense of team members) that is currently going on. A strong leader is required who will lead by example, and who will encourage, train and generally roll their sleeves up for the common good - not hide behind the pomposity of a title, take credit where it is NOT due, and apportion blame to members of their 'team' if it looks like some mud will stick. Little sales direction or motivation. By creating a positive culture, people will want to work for the business. Sadly that currently doesnt exist.
