Pros
Great working culture. Transparent and values-based management style. Open communication and no politics. Fellow coworkers are smart, curious, genuine, and helpful. Management believes in developing its staff and cultivates functional feedback loop that ensure relentless optimisation of everything. Everyone is friendly and approachable. Good work-life balance.
Cons
The team is a probably little shy about telling the world how good they are. While some companies may put in a lot of effort trying to show off how good they are, this team is genuinely working hard to produce good work. Not sure if this is a downside but this is the only one I can think of.
