Pros
Huge industry in e-commerce and working with Shopify brands. Acquired by a bigger company and now we have more benefits like stock equity and more.
Cons
Lots of new people as the company grows but we need the help. We are remote (which is great) so more in person get togethers might help us get to know each other. Would love to see more on career growth as the company grows.
