      Good Salary, good work culture, work from home

      Cons

      The entire India team has been laid off, except for a few individuals retained to support the product. However, it's unclear how long this support will continue. There have been no promotions and the salary hikes have been minimal to negligible.

      - the product solution is best in class amongst competitors - the people are amazing - ENG/Product teams ship out features and bug fixes quickly

      Cons

      - leadership from LTG is below average, specifically they only care about pleasing investors rather than investing in the businesses specially on product and people - doesn’t seem like there is innovation with the product under new LTG leadership- seems like leadership is focused on keeping status quo
