Pros
Work work work ...There is clueless, endless and view-less work will be forced to you to do that even you are not allowed to have a tea break before lunch. Your will never get fat because they won't give you proper time and environment to eat. You will never ever get cold while working here because AC's never work. The company is very dynamic there policies change with the hour.
Cons
Every coin has two sides but this coin doesn't. Refonte is a one woman & a half man led company, who is everything in this company. If they say there are 8 days in a week then you have to admit it. They are such cheap that they have framed photos with politicians and kept in office so that when income tax or any officials come, they should have an impression these are big shots. Here meeting is one way only. U try to be smart u 'll know who is the boss. They take your Marks card as security & u have a bond of 18 months and many such rules to comfort you with troubles. u come 6 minutes late post 10 AM your 200 rs will be deducted from salary even if u extend an hour in the evening. Salary Never comes on time, even if it comes they behave like it's a favour they did.
