Great Experience So Far at refurbed - senior strategic project manager Refurbed Employee Review

I joined refurbed a couple of months ago, working remotely from Barcelona, and it's been a great experience so far. Being able to work fully remote is incredible, and on top of that there's a workation policy that lets you work from other countries for a big chunk of the year — a real perk, not a token gesture. Despite being distributed, it still feels like a close community. We have full-team meetings every week, and people here are genuinely friendly — I've felt part of something from very early on. The work itself has been a highlight too. I feel supported by my team and manager, but I also have real ownership and can see the impact of what I do. Would recommend.
