Pros
Freedom to be a self-learner. You are given plenty of space to make mistakes. If you’re coming from a toxic environment with no guidance from management, this is a great job for you.
Cons
No support, focused solely on quarterly commissions that do not amount to a days pay. What little training they do provide is contradicted by staff and management. Reaching out to HR will get you a write up. Reaching out to upper management gets you ignored. Know your place even when it changes daily. Do not ask questions, EVER. Be prepared to watch management act terrible to the senior clients that don’t have a huge retirement plan. Upper management does not care how lower management treats employees. Upper management does not care, period. HR does not care. Their only advice is “you need to report it.” Followed by a write up from any issue they can find to write you up for. During your employment with Regions you must always watch your back. You will never be safe.
