Cons

1.Please do not work for this company if you value your mental health, lets start by saying this company does not value work/life balance they believe in changing you schedule when ever they feel like it, and give you horrible work. 2. The people working in this company are not professional, they are not knowledge and with no qualification along with that people with poor education get promoted. Which only results in them not being able to help you and provide you incorrect information which leads you into getting in trouble. 3. THIS JOB DOES NOT TRAIN YOU, they give you 2-3 days training and after that you are on your own they do not help, but require you to perform outstanding! on top of that when you ask for help they tell you what you are doing wrong, but dont tell you how to do it right and if thats not enough they send you a document to read if you need help. 4. If you reach out to HR they will not help you, they will listen then never get back to you! 5. Forget about enjoying life and feeling happy to help clients, this company will not motivate you or help you grow. 6. They are short staff if someone quits they will not replace them, they will assign you with their task and call it a day.

Pros

Dedicated coworkers and supportive team members in my department. Great team and manager to work with and to be on. It’s been a good experience in banking operations and compliance.

Cons

Return to work expectations aren’t the same for everyone. Hard to understand where work-life balance fits in after years of successfully remote work. Now it feels like employee concerns are heard but not always considered and this change to come will impact routines, responsibilities, plus much more that many employees have built over the years.
