Pros

Great medical benefits that include health, dental and vision. as well as 401k options. prior to the pandemic there were also raffles, christmas bonus' and free turkey giveaways for thanksgiving. when i started working here it used to be great.

Cons

was bought up by a company called truck-stop that is very, very cheap and refuses to hire more than one person per month for fear of having to spend more money. this is due to the company prioritizing paying off their bank debts and a refusal to slow down and stop growing the company. simply put they are unwilling to "risk" people getting hired and quitting and the workload is at an inhuman level. this could be mitigated if emails or automated text alerts could be sent out informing customers (they use the term carriers though) calling in to ask about their insurance certificates and what the eta is till processing (it always takes a week and the customers are always angry cuz the company refuses to hire more auditors to process certificates in a timely manner) if customers received automated alerts via email/text saying "your certificate has been received/is in process, please do not call us to check we shall alert you when it is done" that would reduce the workload by 85 percent. however rmis refuses to take the necessary action to correct this problem and is instead comfortable with working employee's to their breaking point.

Pros

Great job experience along with an even greater management team. One thing that stood out to me during my time here was the training and the supervisors. The training for the job position was very thought out. Both supervisors were helpful and made sure that you knew every step of the process before piling on more. They were a big helping hand in the beginning of the process and they encourage you to ask questions even after your training phase. The job is fairly easy and they have a hourly quota that you must meet, which keeps you busy throughout the day. The office is well ventilated and located in a very nice area. It has an amazing cafeteria with an even more amazing coffee machine. They provide many accessories (standing desk, fans, office supplies, chairs etc..) to help you with the job, and they give away prizes for the best employees of the month which serves as incentive to give it your all every day. Free bagels every Friday morning and on occasion they have free food (fatburger, etc.) for all the employees. Above all, they have a really good transportation department manager that an office could ask for. She is very understanding and helpful with whatever her employees need. I would definitely recommend this job to a family member or friend.

Cons

The job gets a little repetitive, but that's what breaks are for.
